Well, it's all MEEPITS fault!
What? You can't believe it? Ask yourself the following question: "Why
did the Altador came back after we saw meepits in the Altadorian Archivist
place?" It is not a coincidence! The meepit we saw there was the King's
petpet a very long time ago! He is EVIL!
Let me tell you the whole story...
It all started when King Altador was a young lupe. He wasn't a king yet, but he had a Meepit as petpet and was playing with the cute pink thing everyday. Although a lot of pets faced the same problem during their life, Altador was facing a bigger problem because he was destined to become King! And as you know, King and Queen are powerful people! For this reason, meepits prepared themselves and came up with a plan. They would invented a game to run us all... they called it : YOOYUBALL! Yooyu, King Altador's Meepit was charged to condition the King while he was sleeping. Every night, he was laying down near Altador's ear and whispering thing such as : "teams, competitions, yooyu, ball, faerie, cup, shiny, evil, darigan, ball, trophy, fire, yooyu, teams, competitions, yooyu, ball, faerie, cup, shiny, evil, darigan, ball, trophy, fire, yooyu, teams, competitions, yooyu, ball, faerie, cup, shiny, evil, darigan, ball, trophy, fire, yooyu,,, MEEP!!!!"
One day, Altador woke up and thought:"I have a brilliant idea! We should host a competition that would involve participation of all Neopia! We could call the game Yooyuball and use these petpets similar to ball to score points in a goal! Oh, I'm so genius!"
In a dark corner of the room, Yooyu the Meepit laughed! He had finally succeeded. Neopia would be rule by Meepits very soon!
A few weeks later, the first Altador Cup was launched and it was a hit! Since then, the Altador Cup is a yearly event in Neopia... and the perfect occasion for Meepits to take control over YOU!
"How"? you may ask... Well, it is quite simple. Playing Yooyuball is addictive. The more you play it, the more you wish to win... And the only way to win is to play more. So while you are very concentrated over the game, you forget to look at your guild or at your bank... And guess what happens? While everybody eyes are on the Yooyuball field, Meepits took down the BANK and they stole all our NPs! They took control over TNT quite easily and made us think it was a glitch. Well, it was not! The Meepits did it all alone, with the help of Yooyuball!
One thing that is fantastic about Yooyuball and the Altador Cup is that people are recruiting their friends to join it. They enrol them as Yooyuslave without knowing it! Who would suspect such a cute game as Yooyuball to be so EVIL? Certainly not you! Hopefully, I was there to see their Machiavellian plan!
But, the first thing we must know before I tell you more is...

Meepits are controlling you and your life! Yooyuhell is such a horrible, horrible
place. When you live in Yooyuhell, you must play Yooyuball for the eternity,
and like a very very very sage neopet told me a long time ago... ETERNITY
IS LONG AND NEVERENDING! Can you imagine yourself playing Yooyuball during
eternity? Well, just to add more pain, the Meepits decided that only the DARIGAN
ball would be allow in Yooyuhell!
Now that we are aware of this... what should we do? The best thing would be to STOP playing any Altador Cup games. No more Yooyuball, Slushie Slinger or Make Some Noise. Stop right away, or the Meepits will become more powerful. And if you don't believe me, look in a mirror and ask yourself: "What did happen of the old me who was chatting with friends and making Neopoints?" Well, go do it right away! I'll wait here...

don't take part in the plot and spread the world about the evil Meepits plan,
or it could be the ends of Neopets... and they could call it Yooyupets, the
world in which humans are slaves of Yooyuball!
